That said, I used Hangouts V today and it was totally easy. They’re just like regular Google Hangouts, except you start from a different page and they record automatically. After you’re done, the recording is saved as a YouTube video, which you can choose to keep private or unlisted.

NEW How to Use Hangout for Anyone No Gmail Acct. Needed

Before entering Hangout choose files to view on Hangout open the files normally before going to Hangout – You will then see them in the share section when you enter Hangouts.  This will be seen when you choose "screen share"

To get to a website – provide a link in document having a embedded link to the URL.  
Open document so that you can see it in the Share File Menu Choice.

Prepare in advance the e-mail addresses to copy and paste for the invite.

What to Prepare in Advance before Starting

Enter Hangout with https://hangouts.google.com

When the files you wish to share are interactive you can now invite Guests.

You can also use Google Drive on Hangout Menu to upload files to the Hangout.

In select Box of Google Drive  Type in File by name you wish to be part of hangout.

To go back and forth to website and hangout – use the URL tabs on top of Chrome

To get away from the file showing on the screen – click your own picture on the bottom right – YOU or someone else present.
invite attendees by copying the URL of the hangout - and e-mail invitees by including 
the URL in the email invitation. Only send to GMail
addresses.

Share your screen or present during a Hangout

You can select yourself or someone else to be the main presenter. You also can share presentations or view photos with other people.

Choose the presenter during a Hangout

Usually in Hangouts, the video screen shows the person who’s talking. But you can set up your Hangout so the audience will see just the person who's presenting. 
1.                         Open a Hangouts video call.
2.                         Click the drop-down menu  on the photo thumbnail of the person you want to have present.
3.                         Click Present to everyone.
The other person will see a green bar at the top of their screen saying they’re presenting to everyone. If the person wants to stop presenting, they can click Stop. To screenshare, the other person needs to click Start screenshare.
For Google Apps users, anyone who joins the Hangout using g.co/present/ will automatically join in present-to-everyone mode.
Each person in the Hangout can choose to view another person in the call instead of the presenter too. You can see who is presenting to everyone by looking for the present-to-everyone icon  on their thumbnail. To switch to view another person, click the other person's photo thumbnail.

Share in full-screen mode during a Hangout

When you're sharing your screen, what you're showing uses as much of the viewing window as possible. When another participant chooses your video feed or if they're in the "present to everyone" mode, the thumbnail photos of the video call participants block whatever is showing in the window's lower section. You can hide or show the participant photos by clicking the thumbnail icon .
