AMAZON OUTLET -  GET BARGAINZ
Greetings from Amazon Seller Support,

Thank you for contacting us with interest in our Fulfillment by Amazon program.

Amazon has created one of the most advanced fulfillment networks in the world, and your business can benefit from Amazon's expertise. With Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) you store your products in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and we directly pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products.

Here's a brief overview of how Fulfillment by Amazon works:

1. Register your new or used products in Seller Central providing quantities, prices and conditions.
2. Send them to Amazon's fulfillment centers using labels printed from Seller Central.
3. Amazon stores your products in our ready-to-ship inventory.
4. Amazon fulfills orders on your behalf, either orders placed directly on Amazon.com or fulfillment requests you submit for sales not on Amazon.
5. Fulfillment by Amazon picks your products from inventory and packs them.
6. Amazon ships your products to customers from our network of fulfillment centers.

You can send imports directly to an Amazon fulfillment center by meeting these requirements.

CUSTOMS BOND
You must have a United States Customs Bond in place at the time of importation of the goods. The bond must be a Continuous Bond.

DELIVER-TO PARTY
Indicate Amazon.com as the deliver-to party on the bill of lading (BOL) and commercial invoice.
IMPORTANT: Indicate Amazon as the deliver-to party, not the consignee. Amazon will not act as the Importer of Record for these shipments. Here is an example of how Amazon.com should appear on the BOL and commercial invoice:

Amazon.com.kydc
Attn: FBA Program
1850 Mercer Drive
Lexington, KY 40511 USA

NOTE: If "Attn: FBA Program" is not included in the deliver-to address, your shipment will not be accepted at the fulfillment center dock.

CUSTOMS HOUSE BROKER
Imports must be customs cleared by Amazon.com's designated Customs House Broker: Samuel Shapiro & Company. E-mail all documents prior to shipment departure to:

fbaadvantage@shapiro.com

Indicate Samuel Shapiro & Company as the "Notify Party" on the BOL as follows:

Samuel Shapiro & Co
c/o FBA Program
162 Seven Farms Drive Suite 220
